I used to be able to do 100 at a time [sniff]. Although I think it's more impressive if you can do 50 clapping push ups (better for strenght development as well because it increases the strain on your muscles over just your body weight). Good find. Go lifehacking :)

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all.
